PRICES AND ORDERS
For orders placed at www.studiomennicke.com, the prices stated there apply. All prices are quoted in EUR and include VAT. Deliveries to non-EU member states are exempt from VAT. Payment of any customs duties and taxes is the responsibility of the buyer (see more under shipping).
The products selected by you via the “Shop now” button are added to the shopping cart. There you have the possibility to delete products. At the end of the ordering process, your order will be summarized again on the “Checkout” page. Here you can enter and change your personal data. By clicking the button “Proceed to PayPal”, your order data will be transmitted. By doing so, you agree to purchase the selected products at www.studiomennicke.com.
Shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart or are automatically calculated during the ordering process.
After submitting your order you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
Your order will be saved in text form and can be sent by e-mail upon request.
PAYMENT
The delivery of the customers by Jens Mennicke is exclusively done by advance payment via PayPal. After finishing the order process you will be forwarded to the payment service PayPal. The payment process will then be according to the regulations of PayPal.
With the shipping of the purchased products at studiomennicke.com, you will always receive an invoice by e-mail.
SHIPPING
All goods are delivered from Germany. For shipping within the EU and worldwide we mainly use Deutsche Post and DHL as shipping partners. The shipping costs are indicated and calculated in the order process depending on the destination country.
For deliveries within the EU, there are no additional customs duties in accordance with the free trade agreement. Customs duties or fees may apply outside the EU. In this case, the logistics service provider will contact you. If the goods are held back at customs, the delivery time will be extended accordingly. Payment of customs duties and other fees is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please contact the customs authorities in your country for further information.
DELIVERY
The ordered goods will be delivered to the address provided by the customer. The delivery is made directly by the manufacturer.
The availability of individual goods is indicated in the item descriptions. The goods will be delivered usually within approximately 14—21 working days after receipt of payment. Information about the delivery time is not binding. If goods cannot be delivered, Jens Mennicke will inform the customer immediately. Already paid purchase prices and shipping costs will be refunded.
LIABILITY
If there are defects, the goods can be returned within 14 days after receiving them. Please remember to return the goods only in the original packaging. The customer bears the costs of the return shipment. The warranty for defects expires 14 days after receipt of the goods.
Damage caused by improper actions of the customer during installation, connection, operation or storage of the goods does not constitute a warranty claim against the seller.
We cannot guarantee that the colors of the prints correspond 100% to the colors shown on the website, as the color reproduction is determined by the individual settings of your monitor and computer. Color deviations do not constitute a product defect.
Duty to inform in the event of damage in transit
If goods are delivered with obvious damage to the packaging or contents, the customer shall, without prejudice to his/her warranty rights, immediately complain about this to the carrier/freight service and immediately contact the seller by e-mail or other means so that the seller can protect any rights he may have against the carrier/freight service.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
We would like to point out that the right of withdrawal does not apply to works from photo laboratories, as the works are produced individually for your order. In the case of individual products, the right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with § 312 d Para. 4 No. 1 BGB (right of withdrawal and return for distance selling contracts).
RETENTION OF TITLE
The delivered goods remain the property of Jens Mennicke until all claims arising from the contract are fulfilled.
